Interesting to see how they froze like that,   we get nothing like that here.

Pretty harsh conditions. We would never see anything like that here.

Ive never seen -10c here so thats probably why it doesnt happen.

Interesting footage.  Quite unique how the freeze created those formations.  I was surprised to see so many people out.
