Hi, the app keeps disconnecting, I tried to restart the app and the camera but the app keeps disconnecting...

This is not the first time, 80% of the time when I try to watch some clips through the app it's disconnecting randomly but tuis time it's disconnecting instantly, it's something wrong with the app right now or what the hell? It's so frustrating!!!
Phone: Huawei P20 Pro, EMUI 12.0.0

It's just popup 'device disconnected' and then dissappear all content from the camera in the app album, so the app doesn't close itself

Thank you for the update. Are you getting "Device disconnected, please check the device connection status."? May I also know what DJI product are you using?
