Out of the box, the battery worked fine and I used it to  activate the goggles.  Then I connected it to an Apple USB charger and  it charged from one LED to two LEDs.  Then when I tried to turn it on  the third battery flashed three times but no other LEDs were on.

Now when I press the button on my new Goggles 2 battery two LEDs turn  on solid and the third one blinks about six times then it shuts off.  

The typical short then long press on the power button does nothing.  It does not turn on the battery.

How do I get this battery to return to a functioning state?
