I have 2 case numbers. Both cases have been going on for over 6 years. All I get is csr liars and cheats. John kept me on the phone for 6 mos and 12 hours a day. If you search Jerry white. I have all the posts and all the emails. We have done this very thing for 6 years Mindy. Nothing ever gets resolved. They offered me some DJI stickers. John said the case was resolved. Again,I know it's difficult for you to grasp,but this has been going on for over 6 years. John said FU and that I should sue DJI. Mindy,you have been involved in the cases since the begining. The cases are right here. Nothing has ever been resolved. DJI is continuing to rip me off. John instructed me to throw both drones away and he would compensate me for both drones. Again. I know it's hard for you to understand. Don't duck and dodge and cop out because DJI is ripping people off. Get this resolved. All you will do is send an email and they won't do anything. 6 years. You would think you would figure it out right?

Kristen looked both the cases up yesterday when I called and found them easily. So did I,wonder why everyone can't do that?

Alexis just called me and repeated " I understand sir. For 30 minutes over and over and over. It has been requested for 2 weeks for her not to call me. She has been repeating the same few words. Joe sent all necessary info they are asking for 4 times all week. She is repeatedly saying I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry.
She is still on the line saying she is sorry over and over. Over and over. Saying the same thing. Over and over. Still saying she needs more information.
She is admitting lying for requesting a different Mgr. And she herself out in the request and she has called me 8 times in 7 days. She is still saying I'm sorry over and over. She's repeating the same thing over and over. Now she is saying sorry again.
