He had some good tips,  Im pleased he mentioned the ND filters from the Avata 1 dont fit even though they appear like they should.

I did see where Frewell has their Avata 2 ND filter kit up for preorder with delivery by end of April.

Yes,  I got the pre order price and it was silly cheap,   I tried a JSR filter on the OP3 and the quality was OK for that.

Probably not long and your shipping is much faster than to the US.  Here it could sit in customs for weeks.

Same or next day usually if it in stock with amazon.    Theres an amazon warehouse about 25 miles from here so we get good service if it's in stock.

Well SWMBOd took one look at it and now she want me to get a second one for her to use when we are in the Lake District.    At this rate I may need to go back to work.

We spoke a bit about traffic lately.  Well, today I went to the Seafood Market and on my way home a County Sheriff came super close to rear-ending me at a red light.  Fortunately, I saw him in the rear view mirror and nobody was coming from the cross street so I gunned it across (against the red light) and just barely kept him from hitting me.  He had on no lights.  When he stopped and got out he came over yelling at me wanting to know why I ran the red light.  I showed him the dash cam footage (it shows in front and behind me) .  I said to him now you know why I had to run the light.  I told him to please write me a ticket and I was going to take it and the footage directly to the Sheriff.  He declined to write a ticket.  I did get his badge number and unit number.  I'm contemplating whether to turn him in or just let it go.

You expect better of the cops dont you,  I bet he was really arrogant until he saw the footage.    I suppose turning him in would be ok if they arent a but of a cult like they are in LA and the science lot.

I spoke with one of the Deputies that I know really well and he said I should be careful with whether to report him or not as that Deputy Sheriff is the Sheriff's brother in law. He said he was part of a good old boy network and it could cause me more issues than it's worth.

That would be my concern about it,     a friend of mine put me onto whats happening in LA with the science people (I dare not use the real name) and the videos he sends me show they have a really corrupt network in the force out there.

That really doesn't surprise me.  Lately, CA has had a lot of scandals and corruption reported.  People are living that state at the rate of over 150,000 people per month.
