Got mine set to double press C1 button.  

That's a cool option to have an no doubt could come in really handy at certain times.

I use it several times on a minor but remote crashes wit Avata, once in the midle of a river on a dry rock and she flis again

Turtle Mode only engages if the bird is detected to be in an inverted orientation.  If it is sitting right side up it won't flip itself upside down.

It really is smart. Will even figure out if props it spins up are blocked, and then try using the ones that aren't blocked to flip back and hopefully unblock others in the process. Super useful if you land on a stick or something.
