as for the first Avata there is a "fly more set" available where 2 batteries and a charge hub are included.
Will this be also available for the Avata 2 ?
And when will it be available ?

Hi , hak you for your feedback. Unfortunately I  got the Avata 2 fly more with 1 battery as a gift. So I'm searching for more batteries in a set in addition.

I don't think they ever had fly more kit separately for a drone that had it as an option while purchasing, so I wouldn't hold my breath for it.

Pretty sure there will be one of these for the Avata 2 one day, they just have to stock up on more batteries.

Anyone who thinks DJI makes good money on selling accessories (and plays games with accessory software trying to drive sales) well, it's obvious they don't else they would have plenty of batteries for the thousands of people who obvious need them and *still* can't get them.

They only offered these on the Avata 1 and Mavic 2's etc because they never sold those drones in fly more combo bundles. You bought the drone with one battery then if you wanted to get more they offered these bundles separately.
As fichek said, they have never sold batteries in bundles if they are offered as a fly more kit with the drone. If you want three batteries in a bundle with the Avata 2 you need to buy the three-battery fly more combo with the drone or buy the fly more combo with one-battery then buy two batteries separately.
Some dealers may sell their own bundles to help drive sales locally but DJI won't.

Mavic 3 has/had both the FMC and the FMK but maybe that was the exception.  Well, that's sucks.  That's a lot of batteries to buy at full price for the Avata 2.  At least the fly more gave a bit of a discount.  Yeah I doubt you will the bundle officially unless DJI offers it but you never know, B&H is pretty good with putting together deals.

You got me there as I left the hobby in Dec 2020 and up to that point that was the score. The Mavic 3 may have set a new trend but even so, I wouldn't wait for batteries to be discounted in pairs or trios for the Avata 2 - not when they are already out of stock in most places. I had to give a link to the DJI UK on line store to a guy on here who lives in Kuwait so he could buy two.
A few stores will offer unofficial bundles though - Heliguy UK sell the fly more combos with the FPV controller 3 etc for less than if you bought separately - though none of their bundles have more than three batteries. Seems they and the DJI ND filters are gold dust at present.

I took a look at it again and it appears DJI might have a point.  Who would buy the regular kit if you want additional batteries.  Makes way more sense to buy the combo and get 2 extra batteries, the hub, and the bag for way less than just buying 2 extra batteries.  Unless you want the regular kit and just one battery....it still makes sense to buy the combo.  Unless I am missing something, the word is avata 2 with just one battery isn't any fun.  Still, for someone like me with 9 Avata batteries, I prefer the separate bundle kits even though I would still buy the combo.  Hopefully we see this one day on Amazon as long as they are genuine.  But yeah, it sounds like they tried this with Avata and it didn't work out so well since I only really needed 2 hubs.  I still have another year with Avata 1 so I get to wait to see what happens.

100% get the three-battery combo - you'll save nearly £200, the hub cuts the charging time by 50% per battery, the bag is cool and who doesn't want three batteries for the price of one!

And if you're in a hurry, you can charge one of your batteries inside Avata to cut down charging time by another 30% (that one in Avata should roughly charge in the same time it takes the hub to charge the other two).

And you can use the hub as a power bank in the field. It's a no brainer as they say

Oh and the whatsitcalled feature that transfers charge from 2 lower batteries to the one with highest charge - I actually used that the other day and loved it!

Yeah, no brainer for sure!

The one that cannibalises the charge from the lowest two batteries to the highest so you can get a full battery again without a charger - thats a great feature.

Ah, yes, power accumulation. It's great to see camera drone features like that and QuickTransfer finally make it to a FPV drone. I'm excited about (however small) the possibility of FPV 2.

I'll pass on the FPV2 but will be keen to see it!

You say that now, but as you fall more in love with FPV, it will be harder to resist

For sure, it's going to be super difficult to pass on the FPV2.  Exactly why I'm waiting on Avata 2 until I see FPV2 kit which will likely comes with RC3 and maybe even newer Goggles v3.  I imagine there will be a lot of upset Avata 2 owners when they see the price tag, too.

New goggles would just give me an excuse to get a full combo so my kid can also have some new stuff so bring them on
