Beware DJI replaces warranty drones with broken ones… They did it to me twice so far and now they want me to do it a third time.. their repair department apparently does not know what they are doing, and they do not stand behind the product the biggest company in the world. They should be ashamed of themselves so if you ever get it thrown back, please test it out because it's probably the same piece of junk you sent them back like they did to me three times.

Here is snapshots of the video. I cannot see a preview at all, and it will not download onto my phone that thing just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and saying 0% downloaded so I think there's a Wi-Fi problem in the drone itself. I never had this problem with my first drone. And there should be pictures and videos where you see those black silhouettes

I would like to close this case and apologize because now my quick transfer is working… Apparently your programming department made changes to the new firmware version and did not publish it and what the problem is we need to have the iPhone in airplane mode for it transfer ...the previous version it did not matter what settings you had on your iPhone it always worked. Sorry I was getting so upset, but you guys did express cared me a defective drone, which your service department confirmed that had bad gimble. So I was without a drone for two weeks because of your mistake.
