Lightcut insufficient space

I use the Lightcut app for editing and sometimes when exporting my finished video I get a message saying “insufficient storage space. Clear space and try again”
I’m only using about 40gb of a 256gb iPad, I have closed all applications and offloaded any apps I don’t use as well as permanently  deleting any recently deleted photos and videos.
The videos are between 1gb and 6gb.
What more can I do to enable me to export?

It’s an Apple iPad 9th generation.
All updates are current.
I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the Lightcut app.

I have cleaned the cache but the problem remains and can't export produced videos. It's more... A video in which I have been working 2 days have been lost in the proccess os cleaning the cache.
