Warranty repair notification - what to send?

Hello, I received a replacement drone from repair (only the drone in the box), unfortunately I have to send it for warranty. Should I send it alone or with a set from an old drone with a battery, controller and accessories?

Like which aircraft model you have? In addition, since you mentioned it is a replaced device, may I know did you send back before and what is the specific issue you are encountering now?

Thank you for your answer, this is dji mini 3. I sent it back because the autofocus was bad, the left or right part of the image was always in focus and the other part was out of focus. Manual focusing gave the same results. During the inspection, it was found that
Gimbal&camera module was malfunctioned,which caused blur on video/photo".
The drone replacement has the same problem. Currently, I have followed all technical support recommendations but with no changes.
