I am truly heartbroken and devastated by the situation so I ask you, hoping that someone can give me a hand... I purchased a used DJI Avata on Ebay. Once connected to the DJI App I realized that it had not been disconnected from the old owner's account. I contacted him asking to do so, but he finds the "my devices" screen empty.... He contacted support himself but they told him he had to disconnect it from the app, I contacted support and provided: - eBay proof of purchase - Screenshot of the order placed on the DJI Store complete with amounts, serial number and order number on the store placed by the owner....
What more should I do than that? I also have a mini se but I really don't think I will ever buy a DJI device again with this scandalous assistance.... I'm devastated.
