Hello to all creators out there and DJI team members!
I have had the Pocket 3 for almost 6 months now, and to be honest it replaced my Sony camera for my vlogs. But there are some tiny settings that are missing so much. First and foremost “Exposure/AF clock” It is really annoying not having the opportunity to lock exposure and AF double tapping or double tap hold as it is in the app. This is something I'd really like to see in a close future update and am pretty sure there are more people like me who can relate to that.
Another limitation is not having the long exposure opportunity. 1” is not really enough if you want to shoot night lapse/Star lapse. In fact 1” is barely enough for any kind of night shooting. Am not sure why there is a limitation to 1” but it will be really awesome to shoot motion star lapse. Am sure the result won't be as good as a mirrorless camera, but still.We need at least 10” exposure for a good night sky exposure. Am sure with those small changes the pocket 3 will be even greater to shoot with. If you have any information about upcoming firmware update please share with us, I'll be glad to learn about.

For any type of photography, I would recommend that as well.  This camera is best used for on the go videos, b roll, when you can't pull out your main video camera and that type of work.  I wouldn't use this to take a photo.

Valid points agree but maybe down the road it will actually get done

Or getting an Insta360 maybe? Since they got more then 1" in there models long time ago... I dont think that its a big deal to add the option to have 30s exposure.

I disagree that this is a B-roll camera. I've completely abandoned my sony camera for vlogging. And to be honest now I use it more for B-rolls because of the long lens.
For photography it is a bit exaggerated to say, but for social media the pocket is creating more than satisfying photos and that is the main point for using it i think.
Since i used my Insta360 OneR for creating starlapses, i think more advanced camera like the pocket 3 should also be albe to do the same.

I have the insta360 1" - it's terrible.

I know thats why i sold my , but they have that option for long exposure.
