Request for Improvements for the Goggles 3

I bought the goggles 3 together with the Air 3. Actually the reason why I purchased the Air 3 was that I can fly it now with goggles.
  
  
But I am a little disappointed:
  
1. I like the cruise control feature of the Air 3 and I programmed it to the C1 button. But it doesn’t work while I fly under the goggles. That’s very bad! DJI, please change this!
  
2. I have set the C2 button to switch cameras. It also doesn’t work. Why?
  
3. I noticed that the RC 2 screen was off while I had turned on the goggles and I see the message: “Aircraft not connected to DJI Fly”. It should be possible to switch between the goggles and the controller screen while flying. Sometimes I take off the goggles and change some settings on the screen and then go under the goggles again. At least that's how I do it with my old MPP.
  
4. The flight was not recorded in the Flight  Data Center and the screen recording is useless. My first 5 flights with the RC 2 only are recorded, but not my flight under goggles. How can I get the flight data?
  
  
I hope DJI can fix this soon.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

DJI Air 3 + DJI Goggles 3 + DJI RC Motion 3/ DJI RC2/RC-N2 does not support dual control. When using the aircraft with Goggles, DJI Fly does not display image transmission when using RC 2/DJI RC-N2.

These issues were reported a long time ago, and it seems to be a simple software update, not a complex problem like quantum mechanics. When can we expect the DJI engineers to address this? We have invested a significant amount of money in these devices and expect them to function as intended.
