It's a small piece of the parking lot on that glass building from last week. I liked the symmetry of it.

I thought it looked a bit familiar.  Definitely has lovely symmetry.

The whole complex is organized well with uniformity and breaks in symmetry that re interesting to the eye.

Not skid marks but where somebody was doing circular spinning their tires (donuts).  Seems some teenagers think spinning donuts with their (or parents)  car is a great way to leave rubber on the pavement and show off to their friends.  In most towns that is illegal and you can be ticketed for reckless driving.

Somebody that will eventually need new tires on their car (or their parent's car).   Recently I saw a couple of young drivers get ticketed for reckless driving because they were doing donuts.

My cars 4 wheel drive,  but it has a special drift mode for doing these,    unfortunately Im not allowed to use it,   SWMBOd has put her foot down about that one,   pun intended.

Im hoping that when Im ready to replace the tires that she'll let me destroy these ones for a bit,   just need to find somewhere legal to be able to do it.

The kids here seem to favor high school parking lots to practice donuts.

Here most places like that are well locked up when closed to stop people moving in with their campers.

They don't lock up the lots here but they do have signs saying no overnight parking or your vehicle will be towed.  The towing companies seem to monitor the lots so that they can make some money with towing illegally parked vehicles.
