Can't get Osmo A4 to re-connect automatically to DJI MIC 2

I'm the new owner of the Osmo A4 and the DJI Wireless Mic 2.  I think the first time I paired them by bluetooth, it re-connected automatically.   Now, for some reason I can't figure out, I must manually re-pair them each time I cut one of them off.   I simply can't get them to re-connect automatically.  

Is there some setting I've overlooked?

I did a factory reset on the transmitter.  Hoping to avoid that with the camera as I've got some settings started.  But maybe it's some sort of weird pairing thing where I may need to reset it.

Any other ideas?

As an update to my own post, I decided to go ahead and reset the entire camera.  That seemed to have resolved the repairing issues with the DJI MIC 2.

Connection to mine can be dodgy as well unless I do everything in a certain order.

If I turn on the camera first and then the mic, they connect fine, and the camera gives a pop up saying so. When I turn them both on at the same time, I often need to reconnect manually. It’s a pain.

Hi there, thank you for your response. Pertaining to your inquiry, kindly take note that DJI Mic 2 is not compatible with Osmo Action 3. The DJI Mic 2 transmitter currently only supports Bluetooth connection with Osmo Action 4, Osmo Pocket 3, and smartphones.
