This cage looks like tilta cage for ronin 4d Flex. But I don't understand how the DJI grips work on that. Anyone has any idea on this build?

Grips attach to the flex.  There is a spot on there for them.  So you can use grips w/ flex regardless of that cage.

The adapters came with the flex.

Not sure if that is a normal USB C cable or DJI special terminal cable , you may want to try the cable for lidar if it is not long enough (additional ones can be purchased from DJI)
