I didnt get anywhere with a free replacement, due to the video feed break up not being a manufacturing defect. But they did offer me 20% discount on the care refresh price, So I paid and they have sent the replacement out with DHL and their tracking absolutely sucks, They'll post an update and later when I check the time on that update has changed. Then it will say its on route to say Luton but it arrives at Heathrow. I thought UPS was bad.
Sorry to hear the free replacement didn't happen. It was nice that DJI offered the discount though.
DHL is still small here in the US when compared to UPS and Fedex but they have the best reputation of the three. Sounds like they are struggling in your area. Hopefully, you get the replacement Avata 2 soon. |
