Hi, I hope this video and method can be useful for someone, I found a way to rename LRF files really quickl. LRF files are Low Resolution Files that in this case Dji Osmo Action 4 creates as sidefiles next to your original video files and can be imported as proxies in your editing software, so you don't have to create new proxies in ( premiere pro, ect )
I show in this video how you do it and I'll show how to import and attach the files as proxies. This makes it much easier for your editing workflow if, lets say tou have an older machine that struggles with 4K footage.

Easier to just use CMD prompt:

Windows-Run CMD

cd DRIVE: (example: cd c: )
cd VIDEOFOLDER (example: cd VIDEOS)
rename *.lrf *.proxy
