I have an DJI Osmo Action 4 camera and a new phone POCO X6 PRO with 4K. Now when I want to export a video to my phone it says EXPORT FAILED

"To complete, your current phone may not support decoding high specificiation videos..."

Even if I reduce it still wont let me download. This is really frustrating and makes me considering selling my Osmo Action 4 for a GoPro which is more user friendly.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, your device Xiaomi Poco x6 Pro is not Listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. Upon testing if you are getting error we suggest to try with compatible mobile device. You can check compatible mobile list here DJI Mimo

that is absolutely garbage...... The Poco X6 PRo is one of the latest phones easily capable I got 18Gb RAM and 512 gb storage ! I have a Xiaomi Redmi Pro 8 from 2019 even that one was capable of using MIMO app. I regret buying DJI products as the app has nothing but been a nightmare. Light Cut seems to work on my phone, but overall I am not satisfied with the Osmo 4
