FAA form for registering drone requires drone remote ID serial number.  Where can I locate this?

Mini 4 Pro and RC2 which says RC331 in darker grey letter on lighter grey on the bottom.  Thank you.

Hello. The serial number (SN) of the DJI Mini 4 Pro aircraft can be found in two places: on the sticker inside the battery compartment and on the barcode sticker on the package.
To get the serial number (SN) of DJI RC 2 for DJI Mini 4 Pro: scan the QR code on the back of the remote controller or check directly below the QR code.

You can also link the aircraft with the remote controller. In the DJI Fly app, enter the Camera View. Tap ··· in the top-right corner, choose About > Serial Number, and view the remote controller SN.

I have the aircraft serial number, but when I enter that in the FAA form, it returns "invalid number."  Is there some other number that is specific to the remote ID?  If so, where is it to be found?

Hello.RID serial number, starting with 1581F, followed by 15 characters, a total of 20 digits;
Note: Starting from Mavic 3, the aircraft serial number = RID serial number = flight control serial number.
For aircraft with 14-digit aircraft serial numbers, RID serial number = 1581F + 14-digit flight control serial number + 0, a total of 20 digits.
For older aircraft with 14-digit serial numbers, the RID serial number will be displayed separately on the DJI App.
