My one battery is unresponsive. When the button is pressed or held the is no response from the LEDs. Any ideas?

When a battery is powered off and stored, it will deplete at a low speed, as is typical for lithium batteries. When the battery continues discharging at a battery level lower than 10%, it is over-discharging, which may cause damage to the electrodes and active materials, and thereby these materials may fail to respond appropriately.  Long-term over-discharge can cause permanent damage to the battery cell. In severe cases, the battery may be damaged to the extent that it cannot be used.
