Hey, I installed the latest security patch (august 5) on my Google Pixel 8 pro and the DJI Fly app will no longer launch. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the newest APK, but when I try to do it, I get a warning "This app was built for an older version of Android and doesn't include latest privacy protections". If I install it anyway and open the app either a white screen appears or a DJI logo, but then nothing. Is there anything I can do apart from getting an older phone?

Same issue here. App was working fine, but since last week it freezes on white dji logo at startup. App still works on my backup phone (Realme GT2 Neo), so this seems to be a Pixel or newest Android update problem. Also posted in another thread about this. I have the same issue. Pixel 7 Android 14. It was working up until Thursday when I updated both Android and DJI software. Since then all I get is a white screen with DJI logo. Has somewhat ruined some if my holiday plans. Can we get this fixed please? I have uninstalled the app, downloaded the  APK file and re-installed with no luck. DJI. please fix this asap. Thanks.

Could it be that Google Android has finally found a way to stop 3rd party application from working on their platform? I sincerely hope I'm wrong, as that would force everyone to have to use that dreadful Play Store..

EDIT

Nope... Just tryed 1.13.10 on Android 14. It works fine, but the only difference I can see is that we still have the security patch level of 1 May 2024 while Android is 1 July 2024...

Sorry can't help...

I'm having the same issue. App worked fine on Thursday. Today it crashes immediately on-launch. Restarted the phone, reinstalled the app. Could we get the link for temporary .apk?

Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing. At the moment this is a known issue is for compatible devices.  If it works on your device, you can try the temporary alternative method provided on your DM for this issue. But if it doesn't we are unable to assist further as it is not listed in the official site. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi, hot the same problem as everyone. It worked perfectly but since the New update the dji fly app is freezing.
