Why I got muffled sound when I record videos with my default camera app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max + DJI Mic 2 (TX+RX)?  Every review on Youtube I've watched and every sound test of this mic has crystal clear sound, but my is like I'm talking with some cover on it. Low cut filter is off, Noise cancellation is off. Gain +6 on both devices. Firmware v04.05.01.11.

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Video can sound faint or dull when sound performance is not sufficiently transparent and bright. Specifically, the medium and high frequency are too low.

Please try the steps below;
1. Enable the “Low Cut” function.
2. Increase transmitter gain.
3. Keep the transmitter as far as possible from the chest (to avoid chest vibration which will lead to muffled recorded sound). It is recommended to clip the transmitter to the lapel with the built-in microphone hardware facing upward.

Low Cut is not the best feature for normal recording scenario. Donno how, but after a couple of restarts the sound got better, I'll see if it changes somehow. I've checked some videos before Firmware v04.05.01.11 and after. Definitely it got better. My mic clipped exactly on my chest, right in the middle and I believe it gives the best clarity to my voice.
