HI DJI Mindy and DJI Thor, I have the following issue with DJI Go 4:  It doesn't start, and freezes at the logo/splash screen.  I'm still flying the magnificent DJI Spark (yes, I know, vintage), and DJI Go 4 is the only app that supports the Spark. Looking at the forum I see that multiple apps (including DJI Fly, DJI Go 4, etc) are affected by a recent Android update. Phone: OnePlus Nord2 5G with OxygenOS 13.0 (Android 13) Until a few days ago, the 'DJI Go 4' app worked perfectly.   Could you please send me the link to the temporary fix for the 'DJI Go 4' app?  My gratitude will be eternal ;-) Cheers, and many thanks in advance, Sven

It crashes every time i open it and when i try to re download it from the dji official website , it doesn not download it shows download pending but neverr downloads. i also tried using other apks but all of them crashed. Please tell me if there are sany way to fix it i love my spark and i can not fly it anymore..

I recently change My phone to Motorola model Moto g13 but in this cellphone i can't use DJI go 4 app, i can install and introduce my credentials but when i try to Open it my screen looks white and after close the app. This phone have Android 14. Have some alternative?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble caused. This might be because the Allow application installation from this source” permission is not enabled on the mobile phone. Kindly follow the steps below and see if it works:  
1. Go to the mobile phone’s “System Settings” and find “Installing an Unknown Application”. Enable the “Allow application installation from this source” switch.
2. Check the mobile phone’s internal storage, and clear its cache. The remaining memory must be greater than 2GB.
3. If there is Google Play installed on this phone, please disable "Google Play Protect"
4. If the “Installing an Unknown Application” setting has been enabled, please back up the photos and videos. Uninstall the earlier version of the app and then restart the mobile phone. Download and install the app from the DJI official website.

Keep us posted the outcome and thank you for your understanding!

Therefore, we have decided to stop providing support services for the Spark and its accessories starting on October 1,2024. We're sorry that the services for this product have been suspended currently and relevant technical support and after-sales repair services cannot be provided.
