Issue while flying with Goggles 3

Hello !
I bought an Avata 2 a few days ago, and it’s amazing, I love it! However, during some flights, I’ve encountered the following issue:
The goggles turn black and they restart 4-5 seconds after, and then reconnect. The first time this happened, the goggles were at 40% battery, so I thought it might be a battery issue. I recharged everything and tried again, but now the problem occurred with the drone at 70% battery and the goggles at 90%, so I don’t understand what’s going on. Do you have any solutions?

I can still return the drone, but I’d hate to do that because I really enjoy it haha.

That's strange and haven't had anything like that happen with my Avata 2.  You need to open a support ticket with DJI and have them help you.

By the way, your video is so blurred out.  But it doesn't look like the Goggles reset in the video.  It looks like you used the motion controller and popped up a message.  Also, did you move the eye adjustment knobs by accident?  You need to lock the knobs so that doesn't show up.

That's definitely weird, I haven't had any issues like that! I'd check to make sure you're updated to the latest software!

Yes, it's like the goggles reset, and no, I didn't touch the knobs during.

I have everything up to date, but I will try again to fly today and find a place where I can record the video without any blurred parts.

I have contacted support, and they have recommended that I return the drone, so I will do that. ;)
