Hi! I just upgraded to a Galaxy Fold 6 with Android 14.  It took two tries, but i now have DJI Fly App running.  I wish to get the FlightRecords copied ot my PC - on my old phone i connect via USB and i can nevegate to a DJI folder under the Android/Data folder.  Now - no DJI folder of any type under \Android\Data\.... can anyone provide me the path to find the FlighRecords directory so i can copy out the files?  Thanks!

Connect the phone to your computer and use the computer to run a search for "DJIFlightRecord" if any results are found then right click on them and open the file's location.
Or uses the phones file browser and do the same search..
That said try \DJI\dji.go.v5\FlightRecord that's from memory so I might have missed a folder but where you qoute starts in Android the alternative starts in DJI.

Thanks for response! Did the searches you suggest and found nothing. When a just search for dji, I get the apk file, and two empty directories, one DJI Album and one the other DJI Export. For sure the locations you mention where on my Fold 4. I can see the flight records in dji fly.

In that case and assuming your goggles work in the same way as the DJI FPV's goggles, I have to ask, have you connected the phone to the goggles to download the logs from the goggles to the phone?

Excellent question!  Yes, i did.  Now when i open DJI Fly, without goggles attached, i still see my flight records and can touch the little map picture on right of a flight line and see the whole flight map, messages, etc.  I feel like i am missing something silly!  When i review settings, there is data listed in the 'Aircraft Flight Records' cache - so there are there, somewhere!

Oh, glad to hear i am not alone - i feel like i'm going crazy!  I'm going through all folders.....

As I remember the first few times I tried to download the logs from the FPV goggles, to a Samsung S6, it seemed very hit and miss as to whether or not it succeeded, just make sure the new files on the phone are not old logs that have been downloaded from DJI via a sync.
Given you are in the USA that probably won't happen but ...... to avoid that I generally have wifi switched off on the phone and syncing disabled, hence my supposed mileage.

I see all my most recent flights as well as old ones. The old ones have the little cloud symbol, the new ones do not, which i take is because of the disabling of auto upload to cloud here in the US.  I am able to pull one large .DAT file off the goggles using Assistant 2, but i do not know what to do with this DAT file.

Most likely there is nothing you can do with that big DAT.

The DATs that you might be able to read will be found in the folder named MCDatFlightRecords, that is if they exist. But if they have the extension ".enc" you probably will not be able to read them.
If they do not have the extension ".enc" then try processing one with CsvView.

With the FPV goggles these DATs download from the goggles have the .enc extension when downloaded to a phone running fly app version 1.12.something but when downloaded to a phone running 1.3.something they do not have that extension and are processable.

Using EX File Manager app, I was apple to see the hidden dji directory!!!  Google searching indicates that in Android 14, the directory is hidden, and only some file managers provide access.

So very happy now. Thank you Sean-bumble-bee for helping me!!

Nothing will ready the big DAT retrieved via the Assistant 2, DJI encrypt it, it's off the drone itself.

The smaller DATs if they exist might have names that are similar to the following FLY040-108-20230924090847.DAT
I might have the group orders mixed up.

It might be helpful to others if you expanded on how and where you found the hidden folder. I don't have a fold so can't experiment.

Right where they always were:

InternalStorage/Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/FlightRecords

If i use samaung MyFiles i cant see the dji.go.v5 directory, but with EX File Manager i can.
