Ive spent a large amount of the day witnessing paper work for LPAs and Wills etc, not signed my name so many times since I was 9 probably.
Over the years as a Lawyer I've prepared quite a few Wills and also Trusts so I'm very familiar with all the paperwork involved. I bet your hand was tired of signing by the time you were done. The question is did your signature change anytime during the process? I remember one time having to reprint a signature page on a will because the signature had changed and could have been contested in court at a later date. |
