Hi Natalia, yes I am use DJI RC-1 model RC231 and this fact appeared a few days ago, in the video you can see that the drone is directly above me, and the connection is interrupted

Hi there, thank you for your response above and patience. Please refer to the best positions of remote controller antenna below to ensure that the remote controller and aircraft are in the best position:

Also, would you please check whether there are obstructs such as trees or houses near your current flight environment? Please let your aircraft take off in an environment clear of signal-blocking obstacles. The radio signal will attenuate during airborne transmission. A common roadside camphor tree crown can attenuate the signal by about half of the image transmission distance. Dense trees or a reinforced concrete wall can attenuate the signal by about 1/32 of the image transmission distance. Hence, please check the surrounding flight environment to eliminate signal attenuation due to blockage as much as possible.

The moderators don't fly drones and know very little about flying drones.
Flying the drone high, directly above you is the worst angle for signal propagation and reception.
Fly out away from directly above and you probably won't have that issue.

here is just an example of what the problem looks like, I fly farther away from me and at different altitudes, but the problem repeats itself every time, why didn't it happen two weeks ago, and now it repeats itself during every flight?

In a situation like this, the best course of action would be to submit an online repair request here:  {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at https://www.dji.com/support. We understand that this is not the answer that you look forward to, but this would be the best thing to do in this situation. In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment.
