On Android phones, make sure the device is connected to the DJI Mimo app before unbinding. On iOS phones, unbinding can be completed without the need to connect the device.

Hello. You can unbind the device through the following path: the DJI Mimo app - “Profile” - “Settings” - Device Management page.


If you still cannot unbind, please use the ISO device to log in to the account to unbind.

1. Device purchase channel (and proof of purchase)
2. Device model and serial number
3. Your account number
4. A photo or video showing the error
5. App log and exact binding failure time (day-hour-minute)
6. Screenshot of the phone settings-about phone page.
