My DJI Mini 4pro drone is displaying two errors one of which reads "vision sensor calibration error"  Code 16200202 and the second is " Forward vision sensor calibration error; Code 1a510381. image included.

this has been a persistant issue.  
I have tried:
turning on an off all the divices
updating all the firm wear and updates.

can any one assist.?

I changed the sensors because I had an accident and could not calibrate them, the sensors were bought on the official website. I need help to use my drone, I have no support from the brand in Argentina.

thank you for  the response. I can confirm there has been no hard landing or any  form or crash or hard impact  to the vessel.  The issue started one day when trying to power up to date off. I have then taken steps to download all the updates. After month of turning up and and off   I have now  sent it back as a last ditch effort . So the process for replacement should be on the way.

As a general question for my information , I am based out of south Africa, would the repair link and direction you sent  be applicale ? I only ask because I could not find a official DJI shop in South Africa and have been dealing with an "Authorised reseller "
