Hello, I've lost my drone and I'm trying to go trough the "Fly away Service" but It seems not te available for Argentina or Chile. It always redirect me to Brazil and I'm not sure if it is valid to upload the case frome that country since I don't live there?

Many thanks

Hello, I've done the proper request to the distributor where I bought the dron from (in Chile). Tthey sent my case to DJI. The answer they got is that "the issue was a mistake by the operator while moving both sticks, one forward and the other going down till the dron sank into the water" The translation is mine, could differ a bit.
I'm pretty sure that is not the case, so I would like to see the log file and its content to check the altitude of the drone when it got disconnected.  Is there any way I can download that file?
Many thanks

What controller or perhaps phone do you use as a screen device?
The flight log you want should be on that screen device.
Go to
https://www.phantomhelp.com/logviewer/upload/
Read the instructions on that page, copy or move the .txt flight log to a computer then upload that flight log to that site and post the URL here.

Hi there, thank you for the response. May I confirm the remote controller you've used with your aircraft? You may export the log files from your remote controller or from the Fly App. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps on exporting the logs via DJI Fly App:

Thank you for your understanding.

Many thanks, i use the rc pro. I was able to replay my flight and as the Dji support said it seems that i was continuosly pressing tbe stick down till the drone entered the water. Pretty strange to consciously do that to my tool of work. I didn’t see the drone entering or near the water in the screen of the rc. And there wasn’t any alert from the sensors, that i understand that don’t work properly over water. I was heading to the home point, not even filming when this happened. I was looking at the horizon and i believed that i was well over the water while returning. But i have to accept what the file log shows. My mistake.

When replaying the flight in the app did you switch on the display of the joystick positions?

Yes, I didn't know I could do that. That's where I realized that DJI support was right because I firmly hold down the left stich till sinking the dron. Pretty strange indeed. I've 10 years of experience of flying drones and I have made a lot of mistakes but this one is really weird. And the fact that I never saw any transmition on the screen of the drone impacting the water ads to my perplexity. I just got "System Error" alert and then I lost the feed, but with the dron still flying as far as I remember.

Oh well thats a pity.
I would still suggest you upload the text flight log to
https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
and post the URL here.

Hi Sean, many thanks for your support, didn't  know about this page. Here's the log file uploaded.

It seems that it was really my fault, I don't understand how I was such disoriented to go down at full speed right into the water.
