My NEO not connected to my PC, as it was advirtised in all DJI materials/ I did contacted that so called International support - SO USELESS!!!!
Never in their ads see that you need special App or programm for transfer data from NEO to your PC!!! but it is and its not work at all on my 4 computers different models and versions of MS !!!!  how its is guys???
I m not use and not will use Mac - why I should feeling as second grade user??

Still not working even after all firewalls OFF and refresh this bloody DJI Assistant//

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to export Flight Log/Flight Record/Simplified Flight Controller Data of DJI Neo, here are the steps:
1. Download DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) via https://www.dji.com/neo/downloads;
2. Connect the drone to computer with a USB-C data cable, and run DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series);
3. Click DJI Neo > Log Export > Select logs on the data of malfunction > Save To Local;
4. The exported flight log name is in this format: DJI_NEO_2024-09-10_22-59-21.DAT
