Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to export Flight Log/Flight Record/Simplified Flight Controller Data of DJI Neo, here are the steps:
1. Download DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) via https://www.dji.com/neo/downloads;
2. Connect the drone to computer with a USB-C data cable, and run DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series);
3. Click DJI Neo > Log Export > Select logs on the data of malfunction > Save To Local;
4. The exported flight log name is in this format: DJI_NEO_2024-09-10_22-59-21.DAT
