Video to come. It's getting a little cramped there. The wires are at 40-45 ft and I can only fly to 49. I am asking the FAA to let me get to 100 so as the building gets taller I can capture it but I don't think I'm going to get it. It's very close to Newark Intl Airport. About a mile.

Maybe you'll get luck and get approval unless it is in an take-off or landing path.  

It is. Lucky to have 50 ft but still trying.

If that's you and your spotter in the foreground, are the workforce on lunch-break? The building is progressing nicely, it seems.

We always wind up in the shot somewhere. Most of the workers are out to lunch, or under the steel.
