Firmware Update for Goggles 3 does not work

I want to update the firmware of the Goggles 3, but it doesn't work.
I have the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) Version 2.1.28. With this version I have successfully updated my new O3 Air Unit. Now I wanted to update the goggles, but it does not connect  to the Assistant 2.
First the goggles were turned off and I connected the USB cable. I could acces the Micro SD card and copy a file from there. So the USB connection works. I have exited the Assistant and after a while started it again. No Connection.
After disconnecting the USB cable I have turned on the goggles, started the Assistant 2 and connected the USB cable again. Nothing happens in the Assistant. I have exited the Assistant again and after a while started it again. No Connection.

How can I update the firmware of the Goggles 3?

1. Before updating, make sure that the battery level of the device (goggles series) is over 50%;
2. Do not power off the device during the updating, do not perform other operations; do not disconnect the network or disconnect the data cable during the update process, otherwise the update may fail.
3. Restart the device and try the firmware update operation several times
4. It is recommended to try different network (such as Wifi, hotspot)
5. If the APP/Internet method cannot be successfully updated, it is recommended to use the DA2 software to update. During the update process, ensure that the connection cable is stable and do not perform other operations during the update process.
6.If the updating still fails after the above methods have been used, please send us a video recording of the problem. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate solution based on the specific issue you're encountering.

Just did mine,  plug goggles into phone,  start DJI Fly app,   top right hand corner tap install firmware.   Wait for a couple of reboots,  done.

Thank you for the reply.
I have done all the first 5 topics and even more.
1. The battery was above 50%
2. i didn't disconnect or powered off anything.
3. I restarted several times.
4. I tried it with WiFi and 5G.
5. I used the latest update of DA2.

6. I don't believe that a video will help.
I have tried it on 2 different computers, on the RC 2 controller and on my iPhone with the current Fly app and nothing works.
I think the goggles are defective. Where can I send them in? I claim a warranty case.

One more thing:
When I connect the USB cable of the O3 to DA2 I hear 3 times a sound and then after a few seconds the O3 shows up in the devices of DA2.
When I connect the USB cable of the Goggles 3 I don't hear anything.

I have solved the problem with the help of a friend:
The thing that I didn't know was:
in the goggles menu you have to go to Settings > About, and then enter the OTG Wired Connection mode to update.

The rest was easy. Update, link, done.
