When using a mobile phone the Neo language is correct as set to English, but after connecting to the RC2 the language of the Neo changes to Manderin even though the RC2 is set to English. It remains in Manderin until the Neo is connected to a mobile phone again.

Yea I noticed that too.   I don’t think it’s even a real person.  They would see multiple people are having the same issue.
I really hope there’s a fix soon because its super annoying.

When You connect the Neo with Your Phone,it reverts back to english,after this,connect it with the RC2,but first switch on the RC2 and then the Neo,when You swith them off,switch the Neo off first and then the RC2.This will prevent the Neo from Changing to Mandarin.
