It is so strange. It work before and now my windows 11 PC recognized NEO as a drive when connected via USB. But can't read the content at all. My android phone download all the videos without problem. I think it work before some how. Any one?

Just to clarify, can you see the drive but it shows up as zero-byte drive with nothing on it? Because a couple of people reported that on macOS here: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=319012

Yes, it is the same. I just format it via fly app and it work again. I will try record some videos to see if it happen again.
