Hi everyone,
I just bought a DJI RS3 Mini and am trying to use it with a Canon EOS M50 connected via Bluetooth.
Here’s what I did:
On the EOS M50, I went to video mode > shooting settings > remote control > enable.
Then, I went to function settings > wireless communication settings > Bluetooth function > remote.
I successfully connected them via Bluetooth. However, I can only record video using the shutter button on the RS3 Mini. I tried pressing and holding the shutter button to take a photo, but nothing happens. I also switched to photo mode on the EOS M50, but still no luck.
According to the DJI website, it mentions that pressing and holding the shutter button should work for photo mode on the EOS M50, but I’m not sure why it’s not working in my case.
As I see on the DJi website, it states that we can use photo mode by press and hold the shutter button on EOS M50 but not sure why it doesn't work in my case.
Just wondering if anyone have any experience on this issue or simply we can't take photo with EOS M50 on shutter button.
