Hopefully, the fog was on the exterior of the lens and not inside.

Nope inside. .   It cleared up and then the following day it happened again,  then this morning back at sea level it was fine.

Maybe it will hold out and no further lens fogging issues until at least the Mini 5 Pro makes its appearance.

Fingers crossed,  although I may open the camera and check the o-ring. that seems to be the cause of the issues.

I seem to remember reading about faulty o-rings when the Mini 3 Pro was first released.

Looking at some of the repair videos for it,  it just sits in a little groove and the fault is it was crushed during manufacturing,  Im wondering if mine is more a case that its shrunk a little as its now old.

No doubt an o-ring exposed to the elements of the weather will eventually no longer seal.  I watched a YT video where a guy showed how easy it was to replace but since I had Care Refresh I never worried about it.

If it works in your area no since fooling with it.  Hopefully, we will see the Mini 5 Pro around March or April.

So far so good,   even in that fog it was well behaved which I didnt expect of it.
