My DJI RC-N1 stopped charging.

A few weeks ago, I was in Iceland, and everything worked perfectly. Now, as I prepare to leave for a new destination at the end of this week, I’ve run into an issue with charging my remote controller. When I plugged in the USB-C cable, the lights appeared for a few seconds (as shown in the video here: https://youtu.be/nTbij1-FU9Q), but then went out, and the remote didn’t charge. The RC hasn't been subjected to any damage or impacts. I also tried multiple USB-C cables, but the result was the same.

I'm VERY frustrated if I have to pay for a controller again.

Any magic solution?

Just to be sure, is the service free? Because the service fee for a remote controller seems to be 60€, which is almost the price of the second remote controller I had to buy.
