Is it just mine, or does this thing suck?

Just picked up 3 of the Mobile SE gimbles from Best Buy (one for each of the family to use on our trip this weekend)...

Each of these all seem to have the same crappy stabalization issues.. All 3 were updated to the latest firmware via the MIMO app..

When you move the Gimble to quickly, no I'm not saying like a crackhead having withdrawals.. just a slight quick movement from looking up to looking down..
The Gimble GOES CRAZY.. several times it even waked the phone agains the arm of the gimble...

The "Tilt Locked" doesn't work.. Camera pointed forward, at cheat height, grip pointing to the floor.. we lower our arm, with the grip coming to our waist, horizontal... the camera flips out pointing the camera to the ground, when its suppose to be locked forward.

Seriously a waste of money... can do better just holding the camera in our hands..

Hi there,

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please send us a video recording of the problem. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate solution based on the specific issue you're encountering.

Please take note the current gimbal control algorithm uses angle sensors to obtain rotation angles for gimbal attitude control. In the initial stages of rotation, the gimbal undergoes a following movement at a slight angle because the threshold for gimbal locking is not reached. Due to the implementation of the current gimbal control algorithm, gimbal following movements under certain conditions cannot be prevented for the time being. If you require an improved subject locking, use the ActiveTrack function.

We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You
