Hi everyone, I'm having a recurring issue with my RC1B controller for the Mavic 2 Pro, and I’m hoping for some guidance.
The problem is that the gimbal will automatically tilt up and get stuck looking upward, even though I’m not touching the controller dial. I’ve tried recalibrating both the drone and the controller, which temporarily seems to fix it, but within seconds of reconnecting to the aircraft, the issue returns. The controller dial seems physically fine otherwise, moving smoothly without any pressure.
Has anyone encountered this before or have suggestions for a fix? Could this be a software glitch, or might the controller itself need servicing?

NOTE: I noticed that the problem is reproducible with the latest firmware versions and you only need to connect the controller and drone and white 2 minutes, and the dial will be stuck as shown in the image.

Hi DJI Natalia, I will upload a whole video so every detail is noticeable.
Something to add, after minute 4. when I reconnect the controller, I get a ERROR STICK that forces me to "calibrate" because it notices that the 2. dial is not working as expected, but during calibration I am not able to trigger an action.
Feel free to make any question from the video, I tried to show all the settings and configuration to make it easy to replicate.

Thanks, I wanted to provide one last video that can help.
I isolated the controller and the issue can be just limited to the controller, I think.

I connect my phone to the controller, and the 2nd dial of the controller gets stuck, but not able to tell if it's a magnetic issue, a software problem after last update or something else.
But I am sure this can help as well.
