P4 Pro No Map Box

Good day,
I have inquired with DJI about this issue, sent the same file 2Xs, no joy.  

The issue I am having is there is no map on my pro controller, model number GL300E1609.  Upon bootup the option is there on the startup page to select maps, after you make that selection nothing happens just get the beep, nothing opens.  Once entering the Go4 software there is no map data, the map box appears in the bottom left but no data is populated.


I have reloaded the RC (GL300E) firmware multiple times and none of it fixed my issue.  Waiting an DJI right now to see if there is a fix.  Anyone else have this issue and recfified it?

Today I reloaded the P4 Pro with a refresh software two times but no joy.  I also connected the RC to the internet to check for updates and it is telling me I am up to date.

Good morning, the problem has been solved by not extracting the zip file.  The controlled accepted the update without extraction via the SD card.
