My fpv controller2 / goggles3 / avata2 were updated with latest firmware version.
AVATA 2              = V01.00.0300
GOOGLES 3       = V01.00.0500
FPV Controler 2 = V02.00.1000   

Entering pairing mode in all devices and controller doesn't bind.
According official DJI Accessory Compatibility page fpv controller 2 is compatible with dji avata 2 :

DJI Avata 2 will not be compatible with DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 if you are pairing it with DJI Goggles 3.
