I've been trying to download some maps to my RC2 that I got with the Air 3S FMC and every time after downloading one, I go back in to look at what was downloaded, and it's not showing the area I thought I was downloading. It is in the vicinity, but not even close to what I was shooting for. This is kind of disappointing. Now I need to find out if this is an isolated problem with just my device, or if others are experiencing the same issue. Please check out your RC2's and see if yours are having the same issue. Thanks to all.

Thanks Thomas....

OK, so this would suggest there is a bug in the RC2 software.

DJI rep, can you forward this info to the bug exterminators??

Hi MavicMike1955,

Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Could you confirm if you are trying to download the map offline? When using the DJI RC 2, the offline maps are stored in the internal storage by default and cannot be stored on the microSD card. Make sure you are running on latest firmware. Go to Profile > Offline Maps to download maps of your planned flight destinations and have the maps displayed even when there is no network connection.

If issue persist, please let us know we are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You

This is what I tried already.  When I go to view the maps I downloaded, they are totally different from what I selected to download.  They are in the general area, but off by quite a long ways.

FYI...I tried doing the same thing on the RC1, and had the same result.
