I’ve had a Phantom 3 for many years, but it’s been unused for about a year. Now, when I try to use it again, I’m facing an issue that nearly renders it unusable. Following the standard startup procedure by activating the controller, connecting to WiFi via my phone, and starting up the drone, everything connects perfectly, and I get a live video feed on my phone. I then proceed with the normal takeoff procedure, but shortly after the drone is in the air, the image on my phone freezes in black and white, and the LED light on the controller turns red, indicating a loss of connection between devices. The app becomes unresponsive, and nothing is displayed; no commands are sent, and the only way to reconnect is to land the drone and restart the initialization process by rebooting the devices. How can I fix this problem?
