I cannot edit the footage in Premiere Pro directly from the OSMO 3....

This is the error I am getting when I try to render directly with Premiere... I get a simiilar error with every file.

Error retrieving frame 39949 at time 03;50;03;57 from the file: filename.MP4, substituting frame 39948

Can someone please help me fix this issue?  

Can you open the files in a player like VLC?
