A Finished Pocket 3 Case for @Blériot53




After many walks and some testing,   Im finalising the design for my Pocket 3 case like this.   Slightly larger than the average case as it allows the 3rd party tripod mount to stay attached,  and a side area for the mini tripod I use.

The Belt clip allows for easy removal without undoing the belt as per the orginal dersign.

The belt clip can be locked closed too for extra security,   its just a shame there isn't one like that which is a bit shorter,   but for the price they are really nice,  I had got black and then swapped it for the orange,     they are less the £2 from china.  

Nicely done. The belt clip while being practical takes a bit away from the looks of the design.

I agree Depp,    but the original leather loop was a pain when getting in and out the car.

Excellent case and design DA.  I especially like the ease of use with the belt clip.

Thanks DT,  that clip is actually sold to be used with Kydex.  it's just a shame there isn't a better in-between size.

You're very welcome DA.  Maybe the in-between sizes weren't selling so they dropped them or maybe they never made one in-between.  In any case it is still functional to use as is.

I found some narrower but not shorter.   I guess for the intended purpose it doesn't matter too much.

Bottom line is it works and that is what really counts.
