Hello, i bought DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo in Currys. Turn it on once to check if everything works fine....I did register the product and purchase DJI Care Plan and put it back to box. After five days I tryed to switch on controller to check for updates as i would like to go for the first fly tomorrow...Unfortunetly RC2 controller after switching on, screen stays blank and i cant switch it off,when press power button and second press hold it its start beep loud and cant switch it off. I did press power button for 15 seconds to switch it off...after that i did switch it on and still same issue....Did everyone else had this problem? Its brand new product, any suggestion how I can resolve this issue? Thx.

If you've tried to force a power-off by pressing and holding the power button and have restarted the remote controller, please make sure to connect it to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) for a firmware upgrade and refresh. Alternatively, you may share an operational video of the issue you are experiencing for us to analyze the situation better.

Thanks for reply... You mean connecting to DJI assistant 2 app on PC via USB cable? Even when cant turn it back on with black screen? Or leave it off and connect it?

hello! I have the same problem, the screen goes black and it won't let me turn it off or restart it! have you been able to solve it? If I connect it to the PC assistant, it tries to update and the screen also goes black and nothing happens!
Do you think I should call the help desk or care plus?
I don't know how to share the videos of the operation since I can only upload photos.

I just been in store where i bought drone...They replace it as there is 30 days return policy....Downside is that i have to wait one week as they have to order it for me... If you bought yours some time ago i would try email DJI customer service, they responding very fast, as i already write to them and they came back to me pretty fast... I just thought it will be much easier for me to exchange it... All the best ✌

Forgot to mention that my start working again next day but after i switched it off problem came back... A did connect it to DJI assistant 2 with out success... Nothing shows on assistant as on controller to....Hope next one will be spot on✌
