I purchased a Mini 3 from BestBuy. It was a refurbished Mini 3 certified by DJI. The drone is still bound to the account of the previous owner. How do i get it unbinded so I can bind it to my account?

I called Best Buy where i purchased it from. I was told that DJI would have to take care of it.  Once again i did not purchase the drone from an individual.  I purchased it from Best Buy as Certified Refurbished by DJI.  So what do i do?
