I’ve tried everything and I still can not get my DJI rc 2 to connect to my DJI neo I’ve watched every video I could and read thru the forums. On the remote I can not find the DJI neo where I select aircraft model. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you purchase a DJI Neo Combo, the remote controller is already linked to DJI Neo upon shipment. You can use them directly after activation upon powering on. In other cases, please refer to the following.

Link DJI Neo to a remote controller:

1. Power on DJI Neo and the remote controller before linking, and keep the distance between DJI Neo and the remote controller within half a meter.
2. Connect the remote controller to your smartphone, then open the DJI Fly app.
3. Tap Connection Guide on the bottom right corner of the DJI Fly app, select the device, then follow the on-screen instructions to press and hold the power button on the device until the voice prompt sounds, and wait until the linking is complete after tapping “Pair”.
4. After linking successfully, the app will turn to the liveview.
